Over 20 years ago I was inspired by a man who I can say is a friend of mine today. He instilled quality in his profession. I was fortunate. In my teen years, when I saw and experienced the quality of his services, right then and there I knew there was only one way I could do any job, the right way the first time. Years later I went into business for myself: Auto Detailing. I started with a bucket of water and soap. After washing my first customer's automobile, his first words were, "that was the best car wash I ever got!" I still had a long way to go. I build my clientele on those words, " the best car wash ever!" New York is a tough place to make it in business. Every year after year auto detailing shops would open around the corner on the same block, in front of my shop, across the street, behind my shop. They would slash prices, just to get business. After all these years, I see other businesses close one after the other. I'm still in business because I refused to compromise cleaning autos in anyway. There is only one way and that is the right way, the first time. Every auto the same job, time after time. Now for the first time I've documented all my procedures and methods, step by step: 20 years of my experience in auto detailing. It's time to pass it on to the next generation. To all who desire to clean their own autos, the correct way -- you're on the right path.
